Because our products are made to order, we do not offer blanket satisfaction refunds. However, we fully guarantee our workmanship.
If we make a production mistake — meaning your order does not match the approved proof or contains a manufacturing defect — contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and make every reasonable effort to correct it. This may include repair, replacement of affected items, or another fair resolution at our discretion.
To ensure accuracy, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs and order details before approval. We cannot be responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors approved by the customer

Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork provided by the customer

Design errors introduced during the customer’s design process

Incorrect garment selection, sizes, colors, or quantities chosen by the customer

Minor variations in color, placement, or size tolerances inherent to custom production
We encourage all customers to double-check their artwork and order information prior to final approval. Once an order is approved and sent to production, it is considered final.
Our guarantee is simple: if we make the mistake, we fix it. If the order was produced according to the approved specifications, the sale is final.
